all about making heads

I create heads of animals and people on paper and cardboard. I work with natural materials in broad strokes, where character is more important than precision. They are more like masks and characters than portraits. I get inspiration and ideas from prehistory (such as rock carvings and pteroglyphs) and mythology, as well as nature. 

This section focuses on the human head, faces, masks, characters. In natural colors and pigments as well as acrylic dyes.
